I spent over a decade inside Pharma and Biotech — at AstraZeneca, Human Genome Sciences, and Emergent BioSolutions — before leaving to build the coaching practice I wished had existed when she was navigating these same decisions myself.
I hold a Master's in Organizational Psychology and has spent six years coaching women across Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and Operations, virtually every part of the industry.... build the meaningful career they always wanted but couldn't quite identify or make happen.
